辞書引いてみると「ぐしゃっとつぶす」「ピシャピシャ・ガボガボ」など出てくる。
ワタシは敢えて「グニグニする」と訳したい。（だってキーボードのタッチが…まさにグニグニ）

▼2021/06/27追記。上記の一発音出しとは違うやり方だろうけど。これも、2オクターブの鍵盤でやってますよ。見事ですよ。ROLIの奏法の方に、注目して聞くのがいいんだろうね。
